For financial needs, you would need to know how much it might cost for payments on it, or buying it without having to do monthly car payments. Once you do that, you can open up a savings account and send some of your check to that account and reach the price and then buy it.

Scenario 2

Saving for College

For financial needs on this scenario is similar to saving for a car, but what i would recommend is to do monthly payments. Not only does it save more money for you, you wont have to make payments once you pay your full debt

Scenario 3

Buying a cell phone plan

Financially, it is always a monthly payment. However, you would need to know what plan works best for you. If your always on the web, you would need an unlimited data plan. If you text and call alot, you would need and unlimited talk and text plan. If you do both, Unlimited call, text, and data plan
